LCW-SLA - Towards monitoring SLAs in Service Chains

Abstract

This paper presents LCW-SLA, a tool for real-time SLA monitoring based on the Luchd Chain model, which provides a struc- tured approach to describing service chains. LCW-SLA offers an special- ized UI, enabling users to efficiently track SLA compliance. It supports service chains in both iTop and Redmine, delivering detailed visualiza- tions, advanced filtering options, and insightful analytics. The tool iden- tifies SLA violations, pinpoints responsible teams, and tracks historical SLA performance trends. Additionally, LCW-SLA seamlessly integrates via REST API with various ITSM tools, allowing for easy configuration and setup. Demo video available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XmM_1mcmuT4
